Use it Tuesday Feb 28: All about Baby

Couple days ago, Heather, one of our DT member in Use It Tuesday delivered a cute baby girl, Claire.
The theme of this challenge is "all about baby", to celebrate her birth!

I dug up my hoarded papers and found out bright colored stickers about baby.
Pssst! They'd been in my drawers for 4 years!
I remember having Bo Bunny _ Barefoot series in small cuts pieces.
The colors look perfect for each other.
I used them up and leaving almost nothing with the stash.
I am totally happy!

Here's the final look of the frame card.
I called it frame card, since it can hold several pics and it stands too!

Baguette Paper Flower Tutorial

French Bread/Baguette Paper Flowers

Hello, Lovely Crafty Friends,

I want to share with you a flower making tutorial from food wrapping paper. Yesterday, I bought a baguette, or french bread from a famous local breadstore. After cutting the bread into pieces and put it in an airtight container, I looked at the paperwrap and thought, what can I do with this? Too good to put into the recycle bag :) Then an idea came out. I wanted to make a flower out of it!
I love blogwalking and finding flower making tutorials, and stumbled upon a very talented lady,
Nathasha Naranjo Aguirre.
She's one my favorite inspirations!
I was inspired with her techniques she wrote here.

Digging up the stash of flower patterns, I used up these ones:

Here's the final look of the flower:

Thanks for looking.

Valentine Page for My Parents

On Valentine's Day 2012, I dug up old photos from my cellphones I took over holiday in my hometown. Those are pictures from my parents's wedding day.
They just look gorgeous! Too wonderful not to scrap!
I edited the photos to brighten the old look and freshen the colors a bit.
I designed special tulle handmade flowers with matching colors as the scrap paper.
I added some Ranger's crackle paint to add on special effects on the birds and words.
Lovely!

Mini Album : Happy Day

I made this special mini album for a friend's order.
She liked the shabby romantic look on the previous mini album "Happy Day" I created for my auntie and asked me to make one for her.
This time, the color I used more likely pink and green.
The papers are from Prima Marketing.
Handmade flowers using dies from Spellbinders Nested Leaves, and the leaves using Spellbinders Shapeabilities Foliage.
These cute little flowers I punched using Carla Craft Punch Sakura in 3 sizes.
I added a bling at the centre.
I added lots of colorful ribbons with different textures and types to create the volume and variety.
This is my favorite insider. I created a handmade window for holding a 2R-size picture in.
Cute isn't it?
Here's the look when we opened the window.
Love it!
Another handmade flowers using the same Spellbinders dies.
Just use different color paper.

Juneberry Scrapbook: Mini Album Orders

After all the sadness I had to face, went back from the hospital and weeping for days, finally I found lots of unread emails in my inbox. To my surprise, I found two lovely customers who wanted special orders for their special friends and sisters.

I got a chance to create beautiful creations to fill up my time. Looking at those fancy papers and embellishments, making me more energized. I hope this will help me heal my brokenhearted soon.

Here's the minis I created for one of my customers. She loves shocking pink. I chose the paper from Bo Bunny - Sweet Tooth for her albums.

Here's the final look. I loved how it turned out. So sweet. Love those paper line!
